Talk to us →Every visit covers all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms — dusting from crown molding to baseboards, hand-wiped surfaces, disinfected high-touch points, vacuumed and mopped floors, refreshed linens, and a signature scent finish. A printed checklist is left on your counter.
Every team member is a W-2 employee — never a contractor — carrying $2M in liability, workers' comp, and a bond. Each passes a seven-year criminal background check, reference verification, and a 40-hour in-house training program before their first solo visit.
By default, yes. Our Botanical Method uses plant-derived, EWG-verified formulas that are safe around children, pets, and natural stone. Traditional hospital-grade disinfectants are available on request for medical or post-illness cleans.
Our 24-hour Reclean Guarantee: if any area falls short of your expectations, we return within one business day and re-clean it at no cost. If you're still not delighted, that visit is on us.
New client onboarding typically opens 5–7 days out. Recurring members receive a permanent time slot with the same lead cleaner every visit. Same-day appointments are available for existing clients through our concierge line.
